Harwick Homes enters the twelfth year of their Maintain It Program, providing full-service maintenance to residences in order to keep property values high and assets in top condition.
Harwick’s Maintain It Program assists homeowners with seasonal opening and closing, and maintenance while the home is empty. This becomes particularly valuable to residents as they are returning to their home; they are able to arrive worry-free with the confidence to immediately immerse themselves into the activities that attract them to southwest Florida, without the hassle of taking any time to reopen their home. The program offers a la carte services, allowing homeowners to select a variety of options, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC servicing and more.
Once a customer is enrolled, Harwick assigns one of the company’s superintendents to the home; this superintendent will be the one to oversee all servicing done to the home over time, ensuring they become highly familiar with the estate. The superintendent completes a thorough inspection of the home and compiles a report for the homeowners, pinpointing and prioritizing preventative maintenance issues that might be emergent and acknowledging any smaller problems to fix before they become larger. The superintendent will oversee all subcontractors while they’re working and ensure each project is completed to Harwick’s high quality standards.
Harwick Homes is uniquely qualified to offer this program, as they have over 25 years of experience behind them and relationships with licensed and trusted subcontractors. Inspections typically take place in the summer months, when the fewest amount of homeowners are in their southwest Florida residences. This also ensures the homes will be in near perfect condition by season, when homeowners flock back down for the warm Naples winters.
This program is offered to any southwest Florida resident, not just those who have built with Harwick. “Whether your garage doors need to be serviced, sliding glass doors need maintenance, plumbing needs attention, Harwick can take care of everything for you. Our customers love this program because they are able to make one call and have everything in their house taken care of by someone they can trust,” adds Mark Smith, President of Harwick Homes.
Another benefit to enrolling in this program is having documentation of all annual maintenance done to the home. Harwick saves records of all maintenance completed, and these are particularly valuable if the home is ever listed for sale, as homeowners have all information about when the home was last serviced.
The Maintain It program offers customers peace of mind in sustaining the value of one of their most valuable assets.
