That is the question heard most often from homeowners in the luxury communities.

“Luxury remodels and renovations are at an all-time high in Southwest Florida,” reports Harwick Homes vice president Shane Klepko. “Luxury estates built during the real estate boom years in the late ‘90s and early 2000s are now 15 to 20 years old and need renovation as today’s homebuyers expect a home’s interior to match its price point,” he explains.
