Harwick Homes was the recipient of five 2020 Sand Dollar Awards during the annual awards ceremony presented Saturday, Oct. 24 by the Collier Building Industry Association Sales and Marketing Council (SMC).
The custom homebuilding and remodeling company was honored with two awards for its recent Mediterra project: Product Design of the Year for a Single Family Home $5,000,001+ ($9,000,001-$11,000,000) and Best Outdoor Living Area for a home in the $5,000,001+ category ($9,000,001-$11,000,000).
Harwick Homes was recently recognized with three Silver Aurora Awards for two of its Naples residences. The Florida Home Builders Association bestowed honors to Harwick’s Mediterra and Caxambas Bay projects for Best Custom Home 6,000-8,000 Square Feet; the Mediterra project also received a Silver Aurora Award for Best Interior Detailing of a Home priced over $2 million.

Harwick Homes has promoted long time employee Alexandra Brennan to Senior Project Manager.
In her 18 years working for Harwick Homes, Brennan has been involved in the construction of over 100 custom homes amounting to nearly $250 million in her career. Brennan began as a receptionist and worked her way up to become the first Senior Project Manager at Harwick Homes.
Shane Klepko, vice president of Harwick Homes today announced the luxury custom homebuilder won a prestigious 2018 Chrysalis Award for Remodeling Excellence. Harwick’s wining entry in the Residential Specialty Item under $50,000 was selected for its remarkable transformation of a three-story staircase in a Naples luxury single family estate home.
