Shane Klepko, partner and vice president of Harwick Homes, today announced that Remodeling magazine recently ranked the luxury custom homebuilder and full-service remodeling firm #44 in its 2020 list of the top 100 full-service remodeling firms in North America, up from #48 in 2019.
The list shines a light on firms earning more than $100,000—a self-defining minimum entrance level—and celebrates those who earn in the top third of the industry. Within the last year, Harwick Homes completed 52 full-service remodeling projects, with revenues exceeding $6.86 million.
“As our client’s lives evolve over time we recognize the need to evolve as well,” said Klepko. “To mirror this evolution we build new homes, renovate existing homes, and provide repair and inspection services. More than 10 years ago, we intentionally focused time, effort and energy to develop our remodeling department. And since that time we have completed hundreds of projects varying from large additions, whole home interior remodels, exterior face-lifts, outdoor living area renovations, etc.”
Among the full-service firms recognized in the magazine’s rankings in both 2019 and 2020, firms earned, on average, more than seven percent more revenue in 2019 than projected, with the top third of full-service firms earning almost 10% more than projections. Firms anticipate revenue growth to expand further in 2020, though many of the projections likely do not account for the effect of COVID-19 on business.
